This policy applies to information we collect on this Platform, in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Platform, and when you interact with our advertising on third-party websites.

Children Under the Age of 18

Our Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

Information We Collect About You

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Platform, including:

  • Personal Identification: Name, email address, telephone number, and social media handles.
  • Identity Verification: For Creators, we may collect a copy of a Valid Government ID to verify your identity and comply with local financial regulations before processing manual payouts.
  • Creator Portfolio & Resume: Content you elect to provide as part of your profile, including images, videos, reviews, and your "Pro Creator" milestone history.
  • Payment & Financial Data: For Brands, payments are processed and held in escrow by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card or bank details on our servers. For Creators, we collect payout information, including Whish Money account details (phone number/name) or Bank Account Details (IBAN), to facilitate manual transfers.
  • Usage Details: IP addresses, browser types, and information collected through cookies to monitor "Always-On" campaign performance.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us to:

  • Present our Platform and its contents to you.
  • Facilitate the Secure Escrow process where funds are held by Stripe until project completion.
  • Manually process payouts to creators via Whish-to-Whish or Wire Transfer.
  • Maintain your professional standing, including reviews, ratings, and badges.
  • Manage Collabfront Pro subscriptions for brands.
  • Notify you about changes to our Platform or any products or services we offer.
  • Ensure your brand stays "always-on" and relevant by analyzing content performance.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose personal information that we collect:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • To Creators (sharing brand briefs) and Brands (sharing creator profiles) to facilitate collaborations.
  • To Stripe to manage the secure holding of funds.
  • To Whish Money (Whish SAL) or Banking Institutions to execute manual creator payouts.
  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request in Lebanon or the UAE.
  • To enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access. The safety and security of your information also depends on you; we ask you not to share your password with anyone.

While brand payments are protected by Stripe's industry-standard security, creator payout data is stored in an encrypted environment accessible only by the authorized finance team at Act1 LLC FZE. However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active to maintain your "Creator Resume," reviews, and transaction history. We may retain certain data after account closure if necessary to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements.
